About Flow Wellness

Flow Wellness instructor Morgan has been a fitness enthusiast for years. She began with a ZUMBA (Latin-inspired dance fitness) certification, which was quickly followed by ZUMBA Toning (includes light weights).

After realizing her passion for instructing, she pursued a certification in Hoopnotica (hoop dance fitness) since she had already been hooping for years. Next came Piloxing, a Pilates and boxing fusion class. During the Summer of 2012 Morgan completed a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training where she was trained to instruct Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga. Most recently, she completed her certification to teach Aerial Yoga!

Morgan's teaching style is light and playful, while also challenging enough to bring the best out of her students. She has taught regular classes in venues such as LA Fitness, Widener University's Wellness Center, and the Media Community Center. She has also taught classes at numerous corporate facilities, as well as in-home for individuals and small groups. She was even awarded "Most Cutting Edge Workout" for her class at Philly FIT Magazine's 5th Annual Workout-A-Thon (2011).
